Our hotel, located very close to the Aix-les-Bains Thermal Baths, welcomes you throughout the duration of your spa treatment stay. You can reach the thermal baths on foot or by bus.
A bus pass (€29 for 21 days) is available at the Ondéa Grand Lac Mobility Agency, located next to the SNCF train station, or at the tobacco shop “Les Civettes” on Place Carnot.
To ensure you enjoy the most comfortable stay possible, we offer rooms, studios, and apartments in half board or full board, with special rates designed for spa guests.
A private and free parking area is also available for you throughout your stay.
Rooms
All our rooms feature a private bathroom as well as a workspace with a television, ensuring comfort and convenience during your stay.
We have also established a partnership with the APEI Les Papillons Blancs association of Aix-les-Bains, allowing us to support their work through donations. This local organization helps more than 300 people with disabilities through employment and provides support for children, teenagers, and adults with adapted education and care.
For this reason, starting in 2024, room cleaning is provided every day except Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Instead of housekeeping on these three days, a donation is made to the association. A counter at the hotel reception displays the number of donations made to APEI Les Papillons Blancs of Aix-les-Bains.
We also have an on-site restaurant if you wish to enjoy half board or full board, although please note that the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings.
Each studio has a fully equipped private bathroom. An inventory list is available at the reception upon request.
Please note that studio housekeeping is provided once during your stay and on the day of your departure.
We offer three categories of apartments: Standard, Comfort, and Prestige, with the Comfort and Prestige apartments equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.
