The culinary approach of the Hôtel des Eaux is valued by the Vignobles et Découvertes label, destination Savoie and Lac du Bourget. This label distinguishes destinations offering a complete and relevant range of quality gastronomy on the theme of the vineyard.

It is the guarantee, for the hotel's clientele, of quality meals respecting the cultural and natural heritage of Savoie, presented in an exceptional welcoming setting.

The wine tourism destination "Vignobles de Savoie, Aix les Bains Riviera des Alpes" is made up of the wine-growing areas of Jongieux, Chautagne, Seyssel and Frangy, 570 hectares of vineyards around Lake Bourget and the Rhône.
