Since its opening in 1984, the Hôtel des Eaux has been committed to an eco-responsible approach. In all transparency, here are our commitments and our partners to succeed in developing this ecological approach.
The chef offers a traditional cuisine based on fresh and seasonal products. He selects all his products by visiting the local market in Aix Les Bains and places his orders with local producers. The Chef selects his regional products in Savoie: butcher's meat from Alp'Viande, poultry and dairy products from a Savoyard producer, fish from Voglans, wines from Edmond Jacquin et Fils, bread from "La Fournée du Revard", etc. He also works with vegetables from the market. In the dining room, you will be offered regional cheeses such as Tome de Savoie and other wines from the Savoyard region.
In the rooms, our ecological approach is well established. For stays of more than two nights, bed linen and towels are changed every two days or at the request of the guest. We also have a partnership with "La Savonnette", which offers ecological products made in Haute-Savoie. The tray is composed of a shower gel, a shampoo and a hand gel with green tea.
The car park of the Hotel des Eaux is private and free of charge. It has been renovated this year. Electricity stations for recharging your car battery are available. Please contact the hotel reception for more information.
In order to eliminate all plastic water bottles in the rooms, we have installed a spring water fountain in the Hotel des Eaux. It is self-service for all our guests who wish to have quality water while respecting the environment.
